Life Imitates Art

One of the best things about being an editor for managemyhome.com has been learning all sorts of new things when I edit projects our freelancers write. And now that Manage My Home has become Manage My Life, the range of topics I can learn about is much wider.

So I was especially excited when I received a set of makeup brushes for my birthday last week, because of our new how-to project Applying Makeup with Brushes. For one thing, I knew the purpose for most of the new brushes thanks to the project, although one still remains a mystery – it might be for smudging, although it seems a little fluffy for that. I've been especially pleased that the project explains how to use a concealer brush, which really does do a better job of covering undereye circles than applying concealer with my fingers does.

As Manage My Life continues expanding its content in the almost two dozen life categories it now encompasses, I'm looking forward to learning more things from new projects and articles that I can really use. Today, under-eye circles, tomorrow, the world.
