Payment for In-Home Repairs is Easy
Our Repair technicians will process payment and any coupons or discounts at the time of service. We accept all the major credit cards as well as many Sears gift and club cards. We also accept cash and check.
Symptoms & Solutions
The fuse might need to be replaced. It may have blown out from a power surge or a bad wire.
The fill valve might need to be replaced. The solenoid may have failed as a result of hard water deposits, low water pressure, or natural wear and tear.
The drain motor may need to be replaced. It's components could be ruined by debris, shorted wires, or a power surge.
The float switch might need to be replaced if its contacts are bad.
The reversible wash motor may need to be replaced. It's components could be ruined by debris, shorted wires, or a power surge.
The upper pump assembly might need to be replaced. All motors will break down over time, but can become inoperable more quickly if subjected to power surges, shorted wires, or complications arising from other internal electrical components.
The heating element would need to be replaced if it has failed or developed a hot spot.
The detergent dispenser would need to be replaced, because the solenoid may have failed to activate.
The reversible pump motor may need to be replaced. It's components could be ruined by debris, shorted wires, or a power surge.
The electronic timer might need to be replaced if the control board software was corrupted.
