The temperature in my freezer is too warm.

The defrost thermostat may need to be replaced if it's contacts are not properly functioning. The normal temperature setting at which it functions is between zero and five degrees.

My freezer will not run.

The electronic controls may need to be replaced, but first check to ensure that the power light indicator or freezer light are also not working. Both are a sign of power flow to the product.

My freezer is making strange noises.

The evaporator fan motor may need to be replaced, but not all products will make the same exact sound. Check the owner's manual for proper information.

There is frost build-up in my freezer.

The defrost heater may need to be replaced. The normal freezer temperature is between zero and five degrees.

There is small amount of water leaking on the floor next to my freezer.
