Symptoms & Solutions

The temperature in my refrigerator or freezer is not cold enough.

The defrost thermostat would need to be replaced if the contacts have been frosted over.

The icemaker in my refrigerator is not working.

The ice maker motor module may have seized up, and would need to be replaced.

My refrigerator is not working.

The electronic control board can be damaged from a power surge, worn out relays, or open circuits, and might need to be replaced.

My refrigerator Is making strange noises.

The bearings on the evaporator fan motor can wear out, and the motor might need to be replaced.
