When the freezer is freezing good and the refrigerator is warm it is usually an airflow problem. The fan in the freezer should circulate air across the cold evaporator coil in the rear of the freezer through out the refrigerator.
Some things that can cause the refrigerator section to warm up are:
Damper control inside the refrigerator not opening to allow air to circulate into the refrigerator. This can be caused by the damper control, refrigerator control, or refrigerator thermistor.
Return air duct from the refrigerator to the freezer stopped up or restricted. This duct is located in the wall between the refrigerator and freezer. You can access the return air duct by removing the crisper drawers in the refrigerator.
